After years studying and working in clinical psychology, Danielle Pasko had finally opened her own practice, THRIVE. Danielle knew her vast experience and modern approach prepared her to help patients of almost any age overcome their mental health struggles, but what she didn’t know was how best to get the word out.
This was her first time starting her own business, so she wasn’t quite sure where to start. She realized she needed an online presence, but didn’t know exactly what that’s supposed to look like or how she could make it her own. That’s when she reached out to D2.
The nature of Danielle’s work required storytelling that could convey both her clinical expertise and unique, comfort-focused therapy style. To find the right approach, we underwent an in-depth brand discovery process to develop the voice of THRIVE. Then, working together with Danielle, we used this voice to handcraft content and messaging that spoke to the empowerment, support, and flexibility of THRIVE while also highlighting the breadth of Danielle’s experience.
Naturally, this new messaging needed an equally thoughtfully designed website to support it. With the new website, our goal was to capture the professional, yet friendly atmosphere that defines a THRIVE session. Warm colors, straightforward navigation, a clean and modern design made it easy for potential clients to learn more about Danielle’s work while reinforcing her compassionate and relatable image.
Finally, to set Danielle and THRIVE up for lasting success, we developed a easy to follow marketing plan covering the basics of social media marketing, online community building, and SEO. With this Danielle had a foundation for her to drive more people to the new THRIVE website and continue to build its online presence.
Danielle now had a beautiful website that explained all the ways she helps patients through their mental health challenges. But perhaps more importantly, she got a little peace of mind herself.
Rather than worry about how to start building her online presence and getting her name out, she could focus on helping her current patients, and all the new ones who found her through her improved online presence.
