Build Sales and Brand Image: Responsive Website with Comprehensive Product Catalog
The Challenge: When site visits and sales correlate closely, it’s important to give your site a great user experience with clear, mobile and tablet-friendly navigation and design. Simplifying the site’s crucial catalog section, with over 2000 products and several levels of categories, and redesigning the educational and customer service sections were key tasks for this website redesign project.
Our Approach: The simple and logical product information architecture is displayed in a “mega menu” for faster navigation with fewer clicks. We incorporated Google Custom Search and put the search box front-and-center on the home page. Our responsive website design looks and works great on laptops, tablets and mobile. Finally, we built the product section using an eCommerce platform, which streamlines the experience with intuitive faceted navigation.
