Konica Minolta "The Learning Place" Intranet Site

Over the years, Konica Minolta has discovered that the most effective way to reach customers is through its sales reps and dealers—two groups with high turnover and busy schedules.

To reach these groups, D2 Creative worked with Konica Minolta to create "the learning place". This branded online training portal combines information, interactivity, online testing and a touch of humor to make learning new concepts and products easy, enjoyable, and efficient. Using advanced Flash animation techniques, D2 Creative was able to faithfully simulate the complete functionality of the copier's control panels, enabling sales reps and dealers to learn how to use the machine before it became available to them.

"the learning place" is also the foundation for all training activities throughout Konica Minolta's sales and service teams, and the cornerstone for the company's award-winning blended learning initiative.
